Sri Aurobindo Yogaschule

Yogaschule Sri Aurobindo is located in the beautiful and light premises of an Art Nouveau building in the south of Essen. The interior furnishing combines Indian and European influences.
The Yogaschool is equipped with a large room for meditation and Hathayoga practice, an office, a kitchen, changing rooms and a reading room.
After the yoga classes one may sit in the reading room to relax or make use of books on spirituality, Yoga and particularly the Integral Yoga.
